Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@oronero.biz within the eligible timeframe with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization.
  3. Ship the item back (at your expense unless it’s our error) in original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (or exchange/store credit).
