Thank you for shopping at OroNero Prime. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the perishable nature of our coffee products (beans, blends, etc.), returns are limited.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- We accept returns/refunds within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons only:
- Damaged or defective product upon arrival.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Product not as described.
- Non-perishable accessories (e.g., mugs, grinders) may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
- Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned for hygiene and freshness reasons.
- Sale items or customized blends are final sale and non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@oronero.biz within the eligible timeframe with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization.
- Ship the item back (at your expense unless it’s our error) in original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (or exchange/store credit).
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s our error, in which case we cover return shipping).
- Original shipping fees are deducted from refunds if free shipping was applied.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (coffee beans/blends) once opened or past the return window.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable items.
